ANC suspends seven councillors in Umzumbe Local Municipality

They are accused of voting for the ousting of ANC mayor Bongani Nyuswa in favour of the IFP’s Mlungisi Ndlovu. ANC provincial secretary Bheki Mtolo said the seven councillors voted with the IFP and ”elected a fake mayor“.
