PUMA has unveiled the new Mamelodi Sundowns home and away kit for the 2018/19 season.
The design leverages the personality of the team and their roots in Mamelodi, symbolised by a subtle M (for Mamelodi) heartbeat which pulses across the front of the shirt to express how the Beat of Mamelodi brings to life and celebrates the PSL Champions and their fans across the country.
The shirt and shorts are engineered using PUMA’s highly-developed evoKNIT thermoregulation technology.
Engineered cooling zones in the shirt act as channels regulating the body’s temperature, while dryCELL technology provides moisture management across the fabric with high-performance yarns that wick sweat away from the body.
The seamless evoKNIT construction provides a lightweight ‘second skin’ feel, so the fabric acts in harmony with the player’s movements and not against them, allowing for improved performance on the pitch.
