This festive season, viewers are invited to tune into a special episode of “LikeTyma LikeNtwana”, a collaboration between SABC2 and the Amatyma Wellness Network.

The Amatyma Wellness Network, founded by well-known businessman TT Mbha in 2020, aims to promote physical, mental and financial wellness among men.

The special episode will delve into the heart of father-son relationships, showcasing the challenges and triumphs that embody these familial bonds.

Hosted by TT Mbha and his father, Serame Mbha, the show will offer audiences a glimpse into the lives of four extraordinary fathers and their sons: actor Tumisho Masha, Teko, Pitso and Hlaks.

Award-winning actor Masha is a father, who is navigating the aftermath of divorce and working to rebuild family bonds and support his children through a challenging transition.

Teko faces the difficulties of having an incarcerated son, sharing the ways he stays connected and supportive despite the separation.

Pitso recently discovered his role as a father and embraced the responsibilities of paternity with openness and commitment.

Hlaks is a devoted father raising a differently-abled son, challenging societal perceptions while providing a nurturing environment.

The special will also feature the insights of a life coach, who adds an additional layer of richness to the narratives.

Viewers will not only be entertained but will be encouraged to reflect deeply on their own familial relationships.

Through emotionally resonant diaries, dynamic montages and lively discussions, this festive special combines entertainment with meaningful takeaways.

According to a statement from the channel, “‘LikeTyma LikeNtwana’ offers the perfect blend of heart-warming storytelling, showcasing the transformative power of love and the importance of maintaining family ties, especially during trying times.”
