"Free Fall"
"Free Fall" promises a full-on experience that throws you straight into the chaos and thrill of nightlife, where the music is loud, the lights are wild and reality starts to blur. As the beats pulse and the energy builds, the story unfolds, pulling you into a world of peer pressure, social validation and the search for something real in a space that thrives on illusion.
At the centre of it all are Cassidy (Bethany Mclachlan-Evans), Olivia (Claudia House) and Luc (Nkosinathi Mazwai), leading the charge with performances that hit hard and leave a mark. Together with a powerhouse ensemble, they bring the highs and lows of the party scene to life, showing the rush, the risks, and the unspoken struggles hiding behind the flashing lights.
Tackling important themes such as toxic masculinity and the escape we seek through substances, relationships or the need to be seen, "Free Fall" delves into the choices we make and the masks we wear. It’s raw, urgent and gripping, offering a fresh take on theatre that challenges expectations.
The production also integrates interactive installations by artist Emma Strong and the visionary direction of Kimberly Buckle and Liam Gillespie from The Outlore, making it visually striking and emotionally charged.
